Shaun Hopper – Acoustic guitar wizard Shaun Hopper is an unassuming presence on stage, but his playing has star power to spare. His finger style guitar playing is infused with a percussive element. His music is influenced by the sounds of Chet Atkins along with Folk, and Irish undertones. Born in Adel, GA, he realized early at age 13 he wanted to play music and has not let up since. Shaun now resides in the Tampa Bay Area performing on many big stages and well known prestigious venues. He has been making a mark with his music by opening for acts like The John Jorgenson Quintet (Elton John), Bobby Yang, Switchfoot, Pierre Bensusan, The California Guitar Trio, BB King , Los Lobos, Night Ranger, Robert Klein, John Wait, Paul Reiser, Kaki King ,G Love and has toured with Tim Reynolds from the Dave Matthews Band.
Chris Barbosa – Chris Barbosa is a dynamic instrumentalist and composer from the Tampa Bay Region with styles ranging from classical to jazz, and bluegrass to hip-hop. Growing up he was heavily influenced by latin/salsa artist such as, Eddie Palmieri, Willie Colon, and Jerry Rivera, but classical music has always held his heart. Mozart, Beethoven, Paganini, but the compositions of J.S. Bach grabbed ahold of his soul from a very young age, inspiring his viola playing. He has played as First Chair violinist with Tampa Youth Orchestra at Carnegie Hall, and with other orchestral ensembles such as Terroir String Quartet, which was featured on WUSF 89.7, hosted by Bethany Cagle. He has studied at USF and FSU, and has collaborated on numerous projects with many phenomenal musicians such as, Gumbi Ortiz, Phil Traynor, and Christie Lenee. One such collaboration with Roy “Jazz” Grant, jazz-fusion house musician, hit the charts in Europe in 2018. Chris Barbosa is a true musical virtuoso playing absolutely every genre imaginable from classical, to bluegrass, to funk, jazz, merengue, soul , pop, country, R&B to name a few. He is currently playing with The Porch Sessions (a progressive instrumental rock group), Boxcar Hollow (a jamgrass band), K2theC (an indie/folk group), and Angie Ray & the Countrydelics (country band). He also performs solo acts with his Boss Loop Station and effects pedals, which he creates a mesmerizing atmosphere of sound for any occasion. He has also been inspired by J.S. Bach, Jean Luc Ponte, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Coltrane, Yo-Yo Ma, etc. He is available for booking recording sessions, composing / transposing music, and live performances
